GUYS IVE BEEN IN COLLEGE FOR THREE DAYS NOW FOR ORIENTATION. I LOVE IT HERE.

I always hated it. But now I sort of picture it as a way for me to just forget about everything for once and just focus on how my body feels (even though it mostly feels like shit) and my breathing and the distance I’m going.
I’m starting to get better. I can go longer distances now without stopping to walk. I’m proud of myself! My goal is to constantly get better distance. I’m not so focused on time right now. I’m focused on distance without stopping. Once I’m content where my distance is, I’ll pick up the pace and focus more on timing.
